A delicious and easy recipe for festive Cranberry Lamb Pastelles, perfect for holiday meals. This dish features minced lamb, flavorful seasonings, and a unique combination of ingredients wrapped in corn flour dough, making it a special treat for the Christmas season.

Instructions

1: To a pot on medium heat add oil.

2: Add lamb, all purpose seasoning, rosemary, rouccou, and salt. Mix well and cook until brown and crumbly.

3: Add in onions, pimentos, scallions, garlic, worcestershire sauce, olives, capers, tomato paste, and Ocean Spray® Juice Cocktail. Cook until tender and set aside.

4: To corn flour add green seasoning, salt, butter and water. Mix to form a soft dough. Cover and rest for 5 minutes.

5: Heat banana leaves until pliable.

6: Rub oil on leaf adding 1 scoop of dough.

7: Press out 1/4 inch thin. Place a scoop of meat and fold into a pouch.

8: Wrap in foil or secure with string.

9: Boil for 30 minutes.
